• Manual errors and delays in freight bill reconciliation:
  ‍Before implementing CargoFL, NourishCo faced significant challenges in reconciling and processing freight bills. Transporters submitted bills manually, and internal teams had to cross-check each bill against trip records, weights, and contracted rates. This manual process caused frequent discrepancies between actual payable and claimed amounts, leading to disputes with transporters, delayed payments, and lack of visibility in freight accounting.
• Limited POD visibility:
  Proof of Delivery (POD) tracking was minimal, making it difficult for mid-level management to monitor shipment completion and ensure timely invoice validation.

The Solution

• CargoFL Freight Bill Automation Module:
  ‍CargoFL deployed a fully automated freight bill validation and invoicing system across all NourishCo plants and distribution points. The solution auto-verifies freight bills against trip data (origin-destination, vehicle type, contracted rates) and generates accurate, system-based invoices.
  This eliminated manual intervention, ensured transparency, and established a single source of truth for freight accounting.

• POD Upload Feature:

  To enhance operational visibility, CargoFL introduced a POD upload feature, allowing mid-level managers to track delivery confirmations seamlessly and speed up the payment cycle.
