Lack of Vehicle Visibility:

Godrej Chemicals’ Valia plant, spread across 150+ acres, had multiple loading points but no centralized way to track vehicles or know their current status.

Manual Coordination with Transporters:

Once a DO was sent to a transporter, there was no visibility on whether it was accepted or when the vehicle would arrive for loading — requiring continuous manual follow-ups.

The Solution

TiTo Yard Management

CargoFL introduced a multi-point yard management system.

Each vehicle’s real-time position and status were captured as soon as it entered the loading point.
Accurate TAT could be calculated at every location, giving the logistics team complete visibility.

Vehicle Indent & DO Bridge

Transporters could accept DOs digitally, changing their status automatically to “Plan.”
Vehicle and driver details were captured in CargoFL, showing pickup times and order status in real time.
This automation minimized manual calls and follow-ups, saving daily coordination time for the logistics team.
