The Solution

TMS (Transport Management System)

CargoFL’s TMS module provided real-time data of invoices, PODs, digital LRs, and transporter performance — enabling complete visibility across all shipments.

Discrepancy Management

Through CargoFL’s POD Discrepancy feature, every material movement could be tracked accurately against invoices. Each discrepancy was logged, managed, and resolved digitally.

Customer Return Feature

The Customer Return module allowed brands and customers to return items easily when discrepancies were detected. All actions were linked to live data, ensuring visibility for every stakeholder.
